Using the AceRadio website

These terms apply when you use https://ace.radio, including its station and programme information, live stream links, event listings and ticket reservation pages. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Some events or linked services may have additional terms. Event-specific conditions shown during a booking and the terms of a third-party service apply to those parts of your experience as well.

Station content and live audio

Programme names, presenter details, schedules, descriptions and event listings are provided to help listeners plan. Schedules and programme information may change, and the live stream may be interrupted, delayed or unavailable because of technical issues, maintenance or circumstances outside our control.

We work to keep information current, but do not promise that every listing or stream will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Please check the relevant event details before travelling or making plans.

Event reservations and payment

A reservation is subject to the event, ticket type and capacity being available when your request is processed. Availability shown on the site is an estimate until the booking is accepted. We check availability when the reservation is submitted and show a booking reference when it is confirmed.

The current website records reservations but does not take payment online. A confirmed booking can therefore show payment as outstanding. Use your booking reference when contacting the studio to arrange payment. The price and reservation details displayed for the event and ticket type are the ones used for the reservation.

Keep your booking reference and provide accurate contact and attendee information. If you book for other guests, you are responsible for having their permission to provide their details and for sharing relevant event information with them.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Event schedules, venues, ticket availability and other event details may change. If an event is changed or cancelled, we will communicate relevant information through the contact details available to us or the event listing, where reasonably possible. Contact the studio with your booking reference if your plans change or you have a question about a reservation.

Any event-specific cancellation, transfer or refund conditions will be provided with that event or by its organizer. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.

Using the site responsibly

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users or the integrity of bookings.

• Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access restricted systems or data.
• Do not submit false, misleading or unauthorized personal information, or make bookings in a way that abuses or disrupts ticket availability.
• Do not copy, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit site content except where permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder's permission.

Content and intellectual property

AceRadio branding, original website design and content belong to AceRadio or the relevant rights holders. Names, artwork, photographs, music and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond ordinary personal use of the site.

Third-party services

The site may link to social platforms, WhatsApp, the live stream, event venues or other services that AceRadio does not operate. Their availability, content, privacy practices and terms are their own responsibility. A link does not mean AceRadio controls or endorses every aspect of that service.

Liability and applicable law

The website and stream are provided for general information and listening. To the extent permitted by law, AceRadio is not responsible for indirect loss caused by temporary outages, inaccurate third-party information or services outside our reasonable control. These terms do not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts, without taking away any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms as the website and services develop. The latest revision date appears above. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
